Springfield 'manuals' vs. the "Armory" publication print quality ?

I don't buy Glocks. For so many reasons. They cost cut enough, i'm sure they will follow suit soon enough if they haven't already.

    Magpul

Got my hands on a few of them today at my LGS. I pay our distributor cost so it wasn't too bad, but my store has them out for $25/ea in stock. We probably have 30 or so left here in Central Texas if anyone is on the hunt for some.

Springfield 'manuals' vs. the "Armory" publication print quality ?

No one from Springfield is going to read this, and frankly no one cares. While you drive home a hilarious point about them spending money on a print magazine but not bothering to leave a paper manual, it's every manufactuer at this point. Sig does it too along with many others, and they all will...

My Sig Previous Two Day Acquisitions

After spending ATLEAST 10-15 racks, you'd think the Sig rep would give you a handjob with that Free M18. Hope they do the right thing by you. As a guy who owns quite a few Sigs, i'll be paying close attention to how they handle this one, as i'm sure most here are. Please keep us posted!!

    Car Folks and Gun Folks

I knew I posted some when I got my truck last year. (Link will bring you right the post with pics) https://www.thearmorylife.com/forum/threads/i-asked-santa-for-a-springfield-professional.17379/page-3#post-266144 Still going strong. She's due for some new tires very soon though. Thinking of...

    Q. Ported barrel or compensator for comp shooting?

I'd take the CZ, unless dropping the extra cash for the 226 isn't an issue, but even then the CZ probably still shoots better. And this is coming from a pretty big Sig guy. The Echelon isn't even a competition gun, and at $900 you are overpaying by $200-$300.

Post is too old. Couldn't find it in my content archive. Might have to try and locate it the old fashioned way.

    9/11. Like it was yesterday.

A few years back on this forum I wrote a pretty long diatribe about my experience that day, and what alot of people never hear about: The days and weeks after. I realized after I had typed that out and re-read it... that I had actually never truly unpacked the events and my personal experience...

Was hoping my old man safe guy with 40 years experience would recognize, but no dice. Gonna have to drill it bud.

    Gun Safe Help

Yeah, you will need a safe tech to either manipulate it open, or drill it (Dial/Lock) and replace. I'd recommending replacing to something newer if it's in the budget, just not sure if that safe will be able to be retrofitted with a more modern keypad/lock assembly. Need to see interior side of...

    Gun Safe Help

Sorry for the delay, was away for the weekend. I'll check with my safe guy tomorrow and see what he says. Mechanical dials are his expertise, not mine. More than likely, if that's all the info you have - you will need a good safe tech to open it.
