M18A1 Claymore Mine: From Vietnam to Today

Fortunately, I was never in combat! But in training, war games, maneuvers... We worked with many of these, live and dummies. IF I ever had to sit in a bunker or foxhole in the real situation, this is one of the most powerful defensive tools to have. My favored anti-personnel mine!

    EMP-Proofing Survival Gear

After reading your statement, "Safes have redundant key behind the pads," I removed the pad on my safe and found no key nor a key hole. The safe is about 15 years old. If I've overlooked something, please advise! It is a concern of mine if an EMP were to happen. I definitely would want to...

    EMP-Proofing Survival Gear

Speaking of EMP, there was a book written, actually a series of 4 books. Written by Forstchen, William R. He is a Military Historian at a college in the mountains of NC. He was persuaded to write this book by Newt Gingrich and other Politicians who realize the USA and its allies are not prepared...

Springfield XD-M Elite 4.5" Tactical OSP 9mm Review

Only way to carry this Concealed is with a shoulder holster, which I have. But being in South Carolina, only works for a short time in the 'winter' months! So my EDC is either my XD-E or XD Mod 2.

Springfield XD-M Elite 4.5" Tactical OSP 9mm Review

Outstanding! My 3rd Springfield and I love it! By the way, it fits well in the XD Holster also (the hard plastic one that came with my XD Mod 2, shown in the 3rd image). It was a smoking deal, as seen in the center Pic! By the way, PSA is selling the XDM Elite with 3.8" barrel for $349.99 today!

    What’s on the Shelf?

Wife got it for me for Father's Day many years ago. Strictly tools for gun work! Anyone needs a tool, they go to the one in the other shop, where the tools for menial labor is stored! :sneaky:

Hellcat pro, can’t take apart magazine

Have several magazines, including 3 Springfield handguns. Never had any problem disassembling the Mags, but none of mine were purchased from a state that denies ones rights. You may have something there, perhaps they are required to add a restriction.

    New 10/22

Where did you get that M1 Carbine stock for a 10/22? I want one! I have 2 of them, one was my first purchase after arriving back in a free state (early 90's) of SC! Spent 15 years in Joisey, one of those states that do not like to exercise our 2nd Amendment Rights. The other one I won at a Ducks...

Cleaning Your BCG: Keep Your AR Running

Break-Free CLP-4 is what I have been using the last couple years. No problems. Needed some, was too busy to go shopping and I got it on Amazon. Been good on all Rifles, Handguns and Shotguns. Do not know why this statement went BIG & BOLD!
