    Marksmanship of Police Officers

"No cop left behind"... :ROFLMAO: That is so true. I literally snorted when I read that. On another note, where I am at now, which will remain nameless. We shoot a state qual every year. Literally the State LE Training Center sends out people to do mass quals to areas all over the state...

A project no one needs.... especially me.

First part is done. I literally had to wait on USPS an extra 10 days(?) for it. I had real sights put on my LCP. I have to have a pistol to pair with Super-Carbine-X. I don't know if I'm going to get this...

Why the 1911 Remains a Top Choice for Gun Owners

I don't have one. I did at one time. I don't miss it. Closest thing I currently have is a Ruger P345 or a Springfield SA-35.

Am I the only one full up?

Lets see... I get bored really easily. One of the things about firearms is that you can suddenly say, ..."Well, I need to take a break from Glocks and everything else that is striker fired. Let me look at something that was once popular but now, not so much (DA/SA pistols)." or "I've never...

    Marksmanship of Police Officers

My academy was in Colorado, by my agency. We shot a lot. Yearly we shot a lot and we even had open range days. Then I went to the State. With the State we shot twice a year. We were not allowed to fire our duty guns outside of an approved range. I would go through any door or into any...

    fighting Tomahawk

I keep a hatchet in all of my vehicles and in my duty bag. I prefer the Fiskars hatchet; it doesn't look "tactical". I still have my Cold Steel Pipe Hawk. I kept it on my battle rattle when in the field or deployed. It lived in my patrol bag on base otherwise.

    More Sig 320 drama

Okay. Not everybody is sick of it. Now if we were talking smack about Hi-Point. That would be different. For me. I've only run into two intolerable people (not everyone who owns one) over a gun. One was a Sig guy and the other was a Staccato guy. I work with the Sig guy so this is one of my...

    More Sig 320 drama

Ah yes, the SIG P320 — the only pistol where you don't pull the trigger, you just politely insult it and wait. Before the 2017 "totally-not-an-admission-of-guilt" upgrade, this thing could fire when dropped, sneezed on, or looked at funny. Want proof? Independent testers (The Truth About Guns...

What are you doing right now??

I was at 40% for a long time. Then I got really sick... now I'm much better(?) and 100% P&T.

What are you doing right now??

No. 50% of my car stereo speakers live there now. https://www.jbugs.com/product/UNDERCOVER-1.html I don't want to do any cutting on my car so this is as good as rear audio is going to get. Still better than the factory mono speaker. Which is also being replaced with...

Happy Days - The US Congress has passed H.R. 1, which includes provisions impacting the regulation of suppressors, SBRs, and SBSs

I'm hoping that this will encourage new companies to come out that will offer decent products (suppressors) that cost less than a sale version PSA AR-15. Since it does seem like it is taking away some of the burden and hassle of buying one.

    Hickock45 Sunday Shoot-a-Round: CSX 9mm

Buy mine. I hate it.... I mean I just have so many that I never use it. It's great. 😬 Only dropped once, and carried by a little old lady from Pasadena on Sundays.
