Pshaw…who would want a gun that never jams? How would you practice your malfunction drills while on the range? In preparation, of course, for trying to employ one of the “guns that never jams” when you need it most when it will inevitably jam. Have people never met “Murphy”?

I could be wrong, but I think I’ve read the CZ “Compact” has a safety so you can carry cocked and locked like a 1911. My “Carry” has a decocker so definitely a first round DA (unless there is time to fully cock the hammer). I’ve never minded either SAO or DA/SA.
