So, is the ability to swap these components Understood. Is there the ability within the EMP line (3" & 4") to swap components?

As I am new to the SA Ronin EMP 3, how is it that it is not a 1911? It does have SA proprietary parts to make it more compact, hence the label Enhanced Micro Pistol (EMP), but am I missing something?

I am hopeful that the launch of the S&W CSX may spur other manufactures to issue something similar. In fact, I saw a rumor posted on YouTube a few months back that CZ had something in the works. Any word on that rumor? BTW, is SA going to reissue the 911?

Not a 1911, but Smith & Wesson's 9mm CSX offers a 10 and a 12 capacity mag. I tried it out and found it to be nice to shoot and accurate. It does, however, have a trigger safety which takes getting used to. There are many reviews on YouTube, some glowing, others not so. I think a second...

About a week after I bought my Ronin EMP3 and had put 300 rounds through it, I did a grouping test with my instructor (no bag) at 7 yards on 6" targets with a full 9 round mag of different types of ammo. Norma Range & Training 115 (1214 fps) had the tightest grouping. Fiocchi Pistol Shooting...
