I purchased a box of 308 and fired all 20 rds, using the original magazines, without any problems.

I was not clear in my original post. After the 1st incident, when I got it back from SF, I changed the ammo to American surplus 7.62 MM. when I shot with this ammo the blow out happened again. I will be shooting 306 ammo this weekend and I will post and update after that.
