The port / comp is well in front of the rifled portion of the barrel and the opening at muzzles end is plenty large. Non-issue for a range / compitition gun. Thank you for your response @BassCliff.

Agree, great round, I found that it left a lot of hard to remove trash in the comp / port. Love it through my XL and others. Thank you for your input, I hold your opinion in the highest regard, as I do several other members here at TAL.
