I get it. But it's got nothing to do with the quality of ammo. Our EDC ammo gets knocked around just from day-to-day stuff. Even walking jostles it in the mag and puts micro-dents in the cases and such. Honestly, you could probably carry the same ammo for a few years without ever touching it...

A 44, sure... Put the walnuts on for show & tell, swap them out for Hogues on range day. But a 10mm isn't too bad for recoil, especially on an "N" frame. Recoil must be more like a 380 on that huge frame.

For the semi crowd: I try to make it a point to cycle the CARRY ammo in my EDC every 2-4 weeks (chambered round goes to the bottom of the mag), rinse & repeat, until all of the rounds have spent at least 2 weeks in the chamber. Then I shoot them off at the range and load up with fresh EDC...
