Per barrel inch it won't average a +20fps over the 5 or 6". The slowing down is a misconception as velocities slow per inch, but still gains velocity. The issue being not enough pressure per powder charge to maintain X amount. Best guess is +10fps from 5" to 16" with that cartridge, so...
