    Is that duty ammo/carry ammo, or ball? Quality carry ammo is pricey, but I am getting 45acp 230gr ball at my LGS for about $19 per box of 50, the best price I have seen in several years. Hornady 220 grain Critical Duty is running about $1.50-$1.60 per round so I am not shooting much of that.

    The Jordan holster came along later, I had moved on to OSI and a Model 36 by the time the Jordan and speedloaders came along. Everybody jumped on the speedloader bandwagon after the Newhall Incident.

    Dogs and cats fed. Horses next. Then off to the sawmill to pick up some cypress for shelves in daughter's pantry. Drawing plans for cabinets in her den and a deck out back. I am going to be busy.
