    What Makes a Backpack Tactical?

I believe the definition of “tactical” today is something that’s brown or black and costs twice as much as the “non tactical” model. I saw an ad the other day for “tactical socks”🙄

I have no words [Portland PD]

Yet another beautiful city destroyed by those running it. Feral gangs of punks and “safe space”, No thanks. I’ll drive 100 miles out of my way to avoid pretty much ANY city of any size. Don’t need the bs and have zero tolerance for the drama

    Colt "Grizzly"

I’ve fooled around with gun shops/shows/etc since the Very early 70’s and never ever saw or even Heard of either of these.😳. Seen plenty of Anaconda’s, Python’s and Cobra’s, but never a Bear

Carbine Corner: How Much Magnification Makes Sense on a Defensive Carbine?

For defensive use you’d best not be taking shots at ranges where a scope is needed. Unless YOU are taking fire anything beyond a few yards is going to be hard to justify. ‘That guy 100 yards out with a knife was threatening me”🙄 I’ll stick with my 12 bores and heavy 00 loads and ghost ring...

    Daffy Zone…..

Fan on motor, you opened a shutter and heat directly from engine was, (Supposedly) ducted to the cabin. On the old VW’s you sometimes needed the ice scraper on the Inside. Good friend cut one of the ducts, wired in a 12v fan pulling (up front) and it would run you out😏. Also tons of fun...

Civil Rights Division Files the First Department of Justice Affirmative Lawsuit in Support of Gun Owners

And the downside would be….? Turn off the water and electricity from other states and they’d die of thirst in the dark😏. I still favor shipping all the commie wannabe’s there, fencing it off and giving it to Chairman Kim in exchange for his nukes and missiles. Win win for everyone, Kim...

    Cut Your Reaction Time

All aspects of shooting are perishable skills. Practice until you’re where you want to be, then practice regularly to retain that skillset. I don’t understand folks who shoot once or twice a year and think they’re good to go-especially LEO’s who go into harms way routinely, but hey that’s me.

Can you dry fire too much?

I know I’m an old guy, but playing pretend with a firearm seems like a bad idea. Yes, I “have” taught people to master trigger control through dry firing, but I do not like the practice. I was always taught to NEVER point a firearm at anything you’re not willing to destroy. I still...
