Whenever I polish a feed ramp I always use fine grit sandpaper. Is that the right approach?

I have only put 2 mags thru it. Maybe it needs breaking in a little more?

I always keep it whistle clean and lubed. I just want it to always go into battery without my having to tap the rear of the slide.

Forgot to mention, it is a Sccy cpx2. Always does it with both mags. I am shooting Blazer 115 gr. Charging from slide lock then I have to tap rear of slide to chamber a round.

When I go to rack the first round the slide does not go home all the way. Also, on the 3rd shot the slide does not go home. Anybody else with the same problem?
