No, it's occurring with full mags and "-1" mags after chambering a round. It's friction.

How many of yours have either very tight or extra-power mag springs, and how often are you inserting a full mag, chambering a round, then dropping the mag? That's the specific scenario here, caused by the higher upward pressure on the top round in a now -1 capacity state. Each round you fire...

Normal in the 2011 platform, especially with full mags and stiff springs. The underside of the slide is pulling the next round forward. Won't cause any problem during normal function of the gun.
