I don't think that's real ammo in the photo. The two on the right showing the primers have two rims each. The one on the left that sticks out farthest has a different shape where the body meets the rim. Some of the others have funny looking rims. The one touching the box has a bullet that looks...
I get some from Midway and some from AmmoSeek.com searches. I set it for shipping >4 and depending on results may search again with shipping >6. Right now I see S&B 230gr .45 at De Leon RX for $21.49/50 plus tax and shipping. Others are lower but with much higher shipping. Factor in the $27.60...
A soft case for my just uncovered M1 Carbine, a Frankford Arsenal powder trickler, an MTM powder keg, Lee micrometer sizing/seating die set, 200 new .327 Fed Mag brass, 5 M1 magazines and 4 boxes M1 ammo.
Interesting although it doesn't look like my memory of when it was the big thing on their website. And I'll look further but couldn't find it on their site. And sadly (annoyingly) Davidson's doesn't show it taken down and in its bag that I've found so far. And interesting.
I'd like to see whatever the name of it was a few years ago 3 pieces takedown AR that fit in a small bag the size of a few drink cans. It just disappeared. Make that.
I don't even have room to do that but I do like it and it looks like it would work well. And that Lee is likely my eventual "real" press if/when I declutter enough to do something like that. Thanks for sharing that. It's interesting.
You've got an attitude alright. And hate to break it to you but at least based on this thread examples maybe not as nice as you believe. But whatever. You won't be troubled any more with attempts to help you achieve a positive outcome since you don't care for them. Bye.
Send it to the nice gentleman that offered to pay shipping, jumpinjoe I believe. He will give it a good home. And likely get a great press eventually. I'll bet he will spend the few minutes it takes to craft a polite email to Lee inquiring and I bet a dollar to a donut gets a positive response...
The powders I've checked have been less expensive at MiWall than Hodgdon. But maybe on sale and I hit the right time. I usually check both plus Natchez and Midway.
