Echelon with tab/lever on end of COG

This is a drop-in part, not building your own electrical coil from the ground up. The refusal of people who have quite literally all the information on the planet in front of them to troubleshoot things is astounding.

Echelon with tab/lever on end of COG

Someone has to be. Bad advice is bad. If it's not working, figure out why. It's obviously made to work - study it. Ask more questions. Ask more people. Do the work. Learn.

Echelon with tab/lever on end of COG

    That's not a good reason.

Echelon with tab/lever on end of COG

I'm curious, why? The product is designed to swap the COG between grips. That's not something I'd expect SA to have to do for me at 3 weeks every grip swap. Why is it best to let them do it vs. them documenting the right way to do it with this variant?

Echelon with tab/lever on end of COG

Just FYI, there's never a reason to remove the COG for cleaning. Nothing that you can't reach with it being seated needs cleaning. Strange that it would be that difficult when their product is made for that purpose. Hopefully they're sending a label? Shipping handguns can get expensive.

Echelon with tab/lever on end of COG

Did you pull the trigger while inserting? That makes it easier to drop in at the final stage: Looks like it needs to push back a bit - pulling the trigger slightly makes that easier.

    5.7X28 School

I've got a S&W M&P 5.7 that's in my rotation when I need something much thinner than my EDC but still want a full size gun. I'm running 27gr copper projectiles at over 2000 fps. It's a really, really easy gun to quickly center multiple shots with and the round is rear-balanced, designed to...

Can Your .380 Fight a Rifle?

The point of my .380 isn't to fight a rifle. It's to do what needs to be done to get to my rifle.

eForm 1's are screaming fast to submit later at night

My Jan 1 was four days over a weekend. My Jan 8's are pending, I'm expecting a week. We'll see. Ideally they're batching these to reduce times.

Yep. Took 11 tries with SilencerShop to get the eForms portal to accept a login today. Getting hammered.

eForm 1's are screaming fast to submit later at night

My SBS on Jan 1 came back on Jan 4 after the weekend, and I did a lot of learning about what you can SKIP during the Form 1 process for an SBR, which made things much faster.

eForm 1's are screaming fast to submit later at night

I've had five lowers lying around in the safe, unused (thanks, Primary Arms!). I decided to go ahead and SBR them because I had them, and I've got a short upper I can run on them on another existing SBR from years ago. Hell, I probably have enough lower parts in the parts bins to actually...
