I've never liked Pachmayr grips because of the mono strap and the sticky rubber. I just never felt that they felt secure on the grip frame. I have switched out factory grips for better wood or G10 scales.

A 40mm ammo can, filled to the top. All new in the package. Another 20mm ammo can is filled with those "spares" in use, plus those in the firearms themselves. My favorite are the Larry Vickers 45acp mags, I got 10 of those. By far the very best 1911 mags ever made!
