I’ll say this, I think Wild Turkey 101 is a fine, often under rated bourbon for its full bodied flavor and price point. I tend to always have a bottle stuffed back into my liquor cabinet. If you are introducing someone to bourbon, it’s a great one to explore.

Well thought out article, and while it may have a bit of confirmation bias, I don't think anyone can really argue with the merits of a grip safety. Of course, I personally believe the most effective safety is the six inches between your ears.

I have one, their Commander model, I can’t recall what they call it, but it is a bull-barrel (so no bushing) and full dust cover. It’s a discontinued model, hence I got it on clearance from my LGS. It’s been fine, the safety notwithstanding. I have only run ball through it. Nothing else...
