    SA-35 and Trijicon RMRcc

Really cool. Only problem I saw was where you said that there was nothing wrong with the Sig P320. On another note... if weight ever becomes an issue Girsan makes a light weight version of the Hi-Power that is optic ready and has a rail for a light...

    SA*35

I bought it. It came with one mag and no holster. Now I am looking at the 13, 15, and 32 round mags.... I have heard that it will fit 1911 holsters. Can anyone verify this as fact?

    SA*35

Okay, I had not plan to buy one. Really. Well someone needs to clear out a collection for reasons I don't need to go into. I have a new to me SA*35. What do I need to know about it. It looks like it was never fired and I'm paying $550 for it. It has a cardboard box, one mag and padded zipper...

Looking for advice on my first LPVO scope for 500 yard range shots...

I am running a Vortex 1-6 (Strike Eagle?) and have rung steel out to 800 yards with it sitting on a bone stock Rock River AR-15. However, having said that I would go with a 1-8 or 1-10 if the price was right and the company was solid.

    Everything old is new again?

How long until S&W copies them? Maybe Kel-Tec should release an updated version of the 3rd Gen Smith's so Smith would do it to?

    Considerations for Off-Body Carry

Okay. I have nothing against fanny packs (sling bags are better). However, I want to thank Talyn for starting this thread. Lets start with the low hanging fruit.

    Gun and Knife carry

My EDC knife is a CRKT Cruiser On my armor I added this... A Becker Tac-Tool. This must strictly be for emergencies. I haven't used it yet. It's like a pry bar and a short sword had a baby.

    Struggling with dots

Well where you dial in your dot will determine when it will send rounds high or low. For an EDC gun I sight in at 10 yards. Then I shoot at the other ranges to see how this is reflected. Also, I would say that from 0 to 10 or even 15 yards... sights are optional. Depending upon your skill...

What have you bought firearms related in the last 48 hours?

I ordered a second Ghost Inc. +4 mag extension for one of my G43x mags. It just looked awkward with the one on my vest.

What have you bought firearms related in the last 48 hours?

I ordered new sights for my CZ P-07. After having it milled and putting a red dot on it, factory sights are not tall enough. I'm hoping that the ones from Dawson are tall enough.

Red dot pistol optics MOA size

I wear bifocals when I shoot. The front iron sight is a touch blurry and my glasses make it crystal clear. With a dot I don't have that need and either size seems to work. However, I personally prefer the smaller dot. I just feel that when qualifying at ranges over 20 yards the smaller dot...

"The Curse of Glock" or "Why I Have Moved on, but Cannot Fully Sever that Relationship"

I started my LEO career in 1999 with the an issued 5906 too. That gun was good. When we transitioned to the 5906TSW, that is the gun that I liked most. I didn't get forcefully introduced to Glock until 11 years later, at my 2nd agency with a Gen 3 23. Shortly aftet this my Glock collection blew...
