Come to southern WI. 9" of rain the last 10 days on my house, 3-5" more expected to fall tonight, it's just starting now. Good shooting btw... I think I'm an oddball, I prefer red for my dots to green...I think I lose the green easier and I find red easier/faster to pick up. Go figure.

On a tangent, I fully support the concept of government employees at all levels should NOT be unionized. However, one of my largest customers is unionized. They are able to retain their best employees FAR better than most of their non-unionized competitors. Almost makes me want to study...
