No, not completely. The sentinel will block approximately the lower 2/3rds of the iron sights. I liked the optic but ultimately returned mine for this reason.

I took the quick/cheap way out and just painted the white semi-circle with glow-on paint. It actually turned out pretty well. I tried to get a picture in complete darkness so it'd show up better. This was the best one I could manage It's not exactly perfect but for $14 I won't complain...

Another reloader here. Like someone else said I don't reload to save money, I do it because its part of the hobby and I like the ability to roll my own.

I've asked a few people who specialize in springfield parts (including xdman himself) and have been told the OSP has a special dovetail that nobody makes sights for yet. I'd love to know if you find another option.

Either one would make the Swampfox suitable. It'd be nice if somebody made taller sights that fit the Hellcat OSP but apparently nobody does. So if I fault the Hellcat it's for having what seems to be a unique dovetail for the rear sight that nobody (yet) replicates.

I only have one complaint about the Hellcat and it's specific to the OSP. Springfield should have given it taller sights. I have a Swampfox on mine and it blocks more than half the front sight.
