    Springfield Armory’s Best Brush Gun?

I like the idea of a bolt gun as a brush gun, more so than a semi-auto rifle. Either platform means magazines, though, and that can be a possible weak link. Nothing is perfect or absolute, that's the reality.

    Dress Code

I have to wear a suit every day. Not chinos and a blazer, a suit. And a tie. When I get home its cargo shorts and a t-shirt, usually. My compromise is to drop my Colt Agent into my back pocket. Its h*ll on the pocket of my slacks, but it's the only option I have .... why? Because I am in...

    Solutions for Farsightedness?

Yes. I have since transitioned back to Tritium for serious carry pieces. Some of my range guns still have the FO sights. Both are a compromise of sorts.

I remember where I at the time the Governor shut the State down due to China-flu. That I didn’t see coming.

What is the best survivalist technique?

I don't think there is one universal answer to such a question. Wouldn't it depend on the environment where you find yourself and the circumstances?

    Solutions for Farsightedness?

You should try a prisim sight. I have always focused on the front sight for anything handgun related inside 25 yards, period. No exceptions. Precision handgun shooting I have pistol scopes for, because range to the “target” was greater than say, 40 yards. We’ve hunted hogs in swamps and...

    22 Creedmoor vs. 6.5 Creedmoor

The shooting sports industry needed some revival, I guess, so off we go with innovative bullet weights and case designs. And yes, if starting out today, one could shoot a 22 Creedmoor instead of a two-fiddy, and a 6.5 instead of an aught-six and cover all the bases in between.

    Emergency Money

No, I do 20s, 50s and $100s. Couple of grand, total. I live on the northern coast of the Gulf of 'Merica, so I am in hurricane country six months out of the year. When a storm hits, the power is out, sometimes for weeks at a time. I can't very well run my credit card, but I can darn sure...
