Except that you're not reselling the meat in your freezer. If you were, you would have to sell it at the price it's now going to cost you to replace it ... same as gasoline. When those 8 thousand gallon tanks go empty and wholesale prices of gas has increased, you will have to pay that increased...
We all know this question is very subjective, but in your mind who would be titled the 'Greatest'? Your words of "He was good, but by no means the GREATEST".... seems to imply you place him somewhere pretty far down the list. Just curious.
Can still see vaguely my 'BRANDING' from about 1956-7 (about 8 or 9 yrs old). Brother said it wouldn't hurt a bit. It does really cause some interesting conversation anytime I'm being finger printed though................ Of course I knew better, just too stupid to recognize it.

papa, you're so old you wouldn't know for sure if anybody called you that, and even if you did you'd forget it in about 3 seconds anyway! But you would probably "grouch" about it for that 3 seconds! Oh, well that kinda' covers it don't it? ;):D
Earlier I wrote about my old shovel head with "left foot shift and right foot brake" ... when it was actually the opposite. Just goes to show how time and age affects the memory. I'm thinking it was a late 60's model, Oh well :rolleyes::).
It was a used bike when I bought it and had several mods done to it, but best I remember it started out as a Mod 3, but after the previous owner and I were done, it was by far more like a Scrambler (early bobber - sorta'). Dang, just thinking back on these times helps me understand just how long...
