    Daffy Zone…..

That picture seems a little odd though with a Chevron pump at a Standard Station. I've been around a long time but I don't remember those two ever being connected

    Daffy Zone…..

That was 'back in the day' when we had real "Service Stations" rather than a modified general store.

"KillDozer" was a bad machine for sure, but he couldn't run 55 or 56 mph. In fact with all the added weight he was prolly really slow ... maybe that's why they got lucky and KILT heem!!! RIP KD!

    Daffy Zone…..

This really strikes home ... In my day we always had bookoodles of Marlboro Miles, but we were sorely lacking in the Pepsi Points. You see she preferred Coke, so we I drank a whole lot of Coke and Alexa never said a damned word about it.

I'm not a squirrel nor a lesbian, but that pretty much defines how arguments go with my wife!!!!

    why follow

Yep, I caught that above back a few days ago, but I don't always have the time on the forum to track every new/updated thread on the forum. It's always been faster for me to mark the 'follow' on page 1 of the thread so that I get that email notice of just those threads. Prolly not the best way...

    why follow

Didn't realize that. Always thought to follow a member, you turned that 'follow' on in his account or personal preferences or similar. Or maybe it's the member's profile. Heck I'm just not sure. Told y'all I'm not much of a computer guy, can barely spell "IBM" .......:LOL::LOL::LOL:

    why follow

I always thought the 'Follow' button was to follow that thread rather than the author. Whenever I see a new thread that interests me and want to be sure I don't miss a post in it or lose track of it, I'll chose the 'follow' button and every day if there is a reply to that thread, I get an email...

Hello. My n00b General Reloading questions that seem retarded, and probably are.

I think you missed the point I was trying to make, and that simply was that if one of my reloads hurt (or worse) me, well that's on me and I'll live it. But if one my reloads hurt (or worse) my friend, well l have to live with that too. I just don't believe I could convince m7thyself that I was...

Hello. My n00b General Reloading questions that seem retarded, and probably are.

If I remember back that far, wet tumbling with the little stainless pins hadn't even been thought of yet, at least not around my place. I always had the best luck with walnut shell. We would most times drizzle a little polishing agent, even furniture polish would add a little sheen to really...

Hello. My n00b General Reloading questions that seem retarded, and probably are.

LDB, it really doesn't have a lot to do with "trust" ... it actually has to do with how would you 'un-trust' them if the worst were to happen? Nobody is likely to intentionally give you bad reloads, but if they ever did even unintentionally, the results could be very, very serious. Possibly...

Hello. My n00b General Reloading questions that seem retarded, and probably are.

Very much like Shibadog, I never shoot reloads other than my own. And I never allow anyone else to shoot my reloads.

Hello. My n00b General Reloading questions that seem retarded, and probably are.

I have known a couple that generally oven dry, but that's the exception. Most reloaders I know use either crushed walnut shell or corn cob. Blow any dust off with compressed air, clean primer pockets if needed, then 'load em up'. And unlike Hayes, I tumble mine with the primer left in to...

AH-64 Apache Shot Down By Iran, U.S. Will Retaliate: Trump

I've seen short videos of the two of them skimming across the water at what looks like a pretty good speed, and you're right about it being a rough ride. Probably better than being in the water all night though.
