Please tell me it ain't so...

My how times have changed. Just watched a rerun of Adam-12 where Reid was haggling over the price of a used car. Guy wanted $625, he said not one penny over $600.

    what a bunch of crock

My advice is "buy, buy, buy". I just bought a case for .25/rd and that's pretty good. It's. 30/rd most everywhere and it's as high as .36/rd.

    Newbie with his first Gun

I would think that, given your physical challenges, posting a sign outside each door informing potential intruders of your intention to shoot wouldn't be viewed the same as with others.

    what a bunch of crock

Where are you finding 9mm for $185 a case? Around here $250 is the standard "bargain" price.

Dear plaintiff, After court costs, attorney fees and other affiliated costs and expenses, your award comes to less than $5. Therefore we will be keeping that money, too. Have a nice day, sucker. Yours truly, Johnny got your Dollars

The Worst Internet Gun Fails #21 - The Darwin Awards

Herrera tends to have a somewhat looser set of standards when he hands out kudos. Kinda like the first and second runner up at a beauty contest. Then again, he generally presents these things as a tale of caution to promote gun safety and keep the YouTube powers placated.

And the fun continues Jihadi - Explosives - Planes

He screwed up by covering his face. Had he been wearing a MAGA hat, they would have ushered him onto the plane so they could have tried to blame Trump. The political left and their allies in the commercial media are beyond evil.

You got a good deal on that.

    XDm-40 inquiry

I don't find the .40XDm particularly snappy. I don't ever recall trying to mag dump it, though. I would think that if you are good with your 10mm it wouldn't prove difficult to control. Ours has prove accurate enough that I know if a shot goes astray it's not the pistol. I can't recall any...

    Reminiscing…

The kid across the street from us managed to stick a lawn dart in the hood of dad's '66 Impala shortly after he got it back from a restoration/repaint. Dad wasn't impressed.

    Stanley Cup

Pretty cool. Who would have figured the need to change goalies and then for that change to turn things the way they did? It's becoming weird to see the old hockey clubs being part of the final.

    Reminiscing…

We would leave them rolled up for maximum volume. Also would use a hammer rather than a rock. While we're speaking of caps, anyone else remember these?

    Reminiscing…

Anyone else remember Tootsie Toy cars? In a box on the checkout counter at the Duckwalls mom frequented. Metal, maybe pressed, maybe cast. Cheap. Can't remember if they were five or ten cents.

    Anyone gone back to steel?

Taurus has a poly framed revolver or two. Never have shot one, but read a review of the .357 once. Author basically said it SUCKED. He could only tolerate shooting it with stupid light handloads.

    Daffy Zone…..

A Magicube to be more precise. No batteries required. A marvel of technology.

    I want another cool handgun

If you can swing a Broomhandle then I would. Certainly one of the most unique guns around.
