This one won't kill probably but they will know they have been stung, it's full auto BB gun. uses two of those small air cartridges.

I decent 22 pellet rifle will kill almost as well as a 22lr suppressed gun. if you don't want to kill then a 177 or BB gun of decent power is the way to go. This is a belt fed 22 caliber pellet gun, uses 3400 psi air. the belt is in the mag. holds 30 and is semi auto.
