Sitting by the pool under the pergola. It's a little chilly for the pool today so I'm just enjoying a beverage, catching up here, and enjoying the scenery...the big old magnolia tree in the front yard.

Just finished walking around the yard here. Lemon trees, orange trees and almond trees…the husband keeps asking me how one milks an almond..🧐. I told him “very carefully” 😉 I am guessing, of course, because I have no experience with milking anything, let alone almonds. 😎

I finally got one. Found it at a gun show in the spring. It shoots as flat as its bigger brothers and handles well for a little gun. For summer it and the Reflex are best for me for carry.

We’re in Madera, CA staying with the husband’s people for a couple of days. It’s beautiful here. His nephew is going to take us on a tour of the “farm”. He grows almonds, tomatoes and grapes for Sun Maid raisins. Might go for a wine tasting later. Last night when we arrived we had pizza cooked...

Thanks, and I never do that (ride with my feet on the dash). I did in my younger, stupider days but I recall seeing the aftermath of a wreck where someone had done that. It was ugly.
