    RXM: Ruger/Magpul Collaboration Pistol

I love the Ruger Mark series 22LR pistols, but back in the 1980's, when I had an FFL, and I bought the first 9mm, P85 and it was very, very bad. I have not revisited that one since. There are so many really good 9mm pistols out there it makes no sense to even try this one again.

New rifle on the way - I just ordered an M1A from SA.

I owned one about 8 or 9 years ago and had very few problems with it. I reloaded all kinds of bullets and powders and I remember having a malfunction or two but even with hollow points and soft tips it was fine. I will let you know when I have had a chance to take it to the range but I am...

New rifle on the way - I just ordered an M1A from SA.

Yesterday I ordered a .308 precision rifle from SA and they had the scope mount on sale so I picked that up as well. I bought the loaded version with the synthetic stock in .308. I am more familiar with .308 than the 6.5 and have reloaded it for a long time. Plus most of my shooting will...

OHIO ORDNANCE WORKS HCAR BRINGS BAR INTO 21ST CENTURY

My Father carried a real BAR in WWII and liked it. He said he appreciated the edge that it gave him. I would not want to lug that thing around, but he said the other guys in his squad carried magazines for him.

OHIO ORDNANCE WORKS HCAR BRINGS BAR INTO 21ST CENTURY

That price is right out. I would rather get a nice M1A or DSA FAL type rifle.

    9mm vs. 40 — Is the .40 Caliber a Better Handgun Cartridge?

The reason that 40 lost it's popularity is that the FBI in it's infinite wisdom dropped it just like they dropped the 10mm because their agents are too weak knee'd to handle either one of them. You figure out why. When they did that; rather than use their own intelligence to figure out why...

10mm vs. .40: Was the FBI Wrong (or Right) About This?

I think there is some credibility to the .40S&W loosing popularity. I was looking for one recently and my go to brands are not making some of the models that they used to a while ago, and all of the gun shops told me that they just don't sell that well any longer. I still like the round and...

10mm vs. .40: Was the FBI Wrong (or Right) About This?

I realize that most of the decisions concerning this issue were made by the elite directors and done for political reasons. Alright, I will agree with you there for the most part, but one of the stories the I heard about this issue was the one told after your post about some agents complaining...

10mm vs. .40: Was the FBI Wrong (or Right) About This?

I have heard many stories about why the FBI changed cartridges and they all are stupid in their logic. It does not matter whether the FBI was wrong or right because they are wussies and they are run by idiotic politicians. So, I never cared what they use. I have been shooting the 10mm and...
