iirc the pre64 mod70 has it on the barrel as the savage 110's in 300wm and 338lm has it on there also. this is at the muzzle which makes it nice as under the hg can be a pita to read.

i did an overlay of the 2 and both are within a 1/2" of the same. the cheekrest is adustable which i'm glad for that as i removed 2 shims and it's a bummer the bottom piece doesn't remove for a better look

Deciding on which one. Both are comfortable, but the kids is adjuable on the go unlike the a3 industries although it's adjustable and offers more oal. Both can fold left (my preference as ejection is on the right to not cover the port when folded. Both weigh close to the same.
