SAAMI Announces Acceptance of a New Cartridge

i wonder if they actually did a group test (if any hit the paper) with 55gr @ 3,400fps in a 7t! on nearly if not all cup-n-core bullets they'll come/fly apart at those rpm's! max velocity in a 7t is ~3,110fps. on a 7.5t it's still over the velocity by ~70fps. 8t would be the better...

    first suppressor - .30 magnums

i might get a 30cal magnum rated for a 1 size fits all for now to try on the ar's that have a swappable end cap to match calibers. i'll say the 45-70 sub round is very quiet from the bfr with little recoil.

    first suppressor - .30 magnums

surprisingly not that loud db wise, more of a boom being a big bore. like a 44mag on steroids compared to 357mag's crack

What have you bought firearms related in the last 48 hours?

you'd be surprised on how many i actually have! these were to good to pass up on optics planet pricing. i'll be using TI bc's on the short mag ar builds as they weigh around 8.5ozs w/o the bolt, pin, can and pin retainer. only kak offers bolts for magnums for ar's. on another note i found...
