Found the Block 29 I was looking for at less than MSRP. Actually my son found it for me while he was picking up his can. Now I just have to do an FFL to FFL to get it here to the island.
I decided too late in the game that I wanted a Model 29 10mm. Finding one now at less than double MSRP is difficult and I don't want one THAT bad. Personally, I shoot them well, but would love to see a few models built to replicate the 1911 grip angle. V models? No thanks.
I had one of those, there's a reason they give you two batteries...
Every time I picked it up to use it, it needed a new battery.
Threw it in the trash and bought a Starrett.
Not yet anyways. I hope that when they do, it's listed as "other" on the 4473. Even though it's the control unit for the Echelon right now, it wouldn't take much to design a PDW around it.
It's the only piece I need for Echelon #2.
Savior Specialist Range bag, loose sacs, and Urban Warfare rifle bag.
Tyrant trigger for the Echelon.
3- 6rd mags for the XD-s 45.
3rd powder measure for the Dillon press.
More than likely he was fired on the spot and ordered to leave the workplace, but that was conveniently left out of the story. I doubt McD's has any tolerance for employee firearms on the premises and you can bet that corporate management was called while the phone was still warm from the 911 call.
4.0 slide on a 4.5 grip frame. 17+1. Still need to do the fluff and buff to the new edges but it's sanded to 240 grit for now. Defender CCW is spare parts after the new 507C arrives Tuesday.
