I have two, a P320 Full Size with an optic and a P320 Compact. Both are good guns. Reliable and accurate with triggers out of the box better than most. The thing is DO THEY GO OFF BY THEMSELVES? I've been following this for the past year or so and the consensus from Gun Dealers, Gunsmiths, and...

Colt Series 70 carried for 20 years. Still shoots tight.

It's barely possible I may have made an enemy or two during my career.

I resemble that remark.

I bought these two back in 2000 with a C&R license. Stupid cheap back then.

I always thought the "Matty Mattel" was just a take off on Mattel because they made so many plastic toy's: it never occurred to me that they were at least part of the manufacturing process. It seems we have a real good dilemma going here. Some swear they saw or held M-16's made by Mattel or at...

It didn't matter, our basic load was twelve, I carried twenty. Eighteen rounds in the magazine's.

I have no idea. In a white box from the factory I would imagine. This brown cardboard was box identical to the one the Colt Ar-15 I bought came in. The rifle, the magazines, a sling, and the cleaning kit.

The M-16 A1 I was issued was new in the cardboard box with five magazines and the cleaning kit. This was in 1969. It reminded me of a Daisy air rifle I had with the box and BB's and Oil. Why I got a brand new one I never found out, but that rifle never malfunctioned once in the year I carried...

Man, talk about taking battle damage!

CZ Guy mostly. I had a Glock 17 and never liked it. I sold it after a year. But the CZP 10 C seems to fit me fine. Polymers from different manufacturers are not the same. One exception I found was the Glock 21 and the CZ P-10 F .45. They shoot about the same and handle about the same. I...

EEWWW!

I was born in Illinois and lived there until I went in the Army. When I came home I couldn't stand the place. Taxes for this taxes for that. Carry a firearm? Don't be absurd. I moved north and never looked back. Even their Tolls are outrageous. $1.80 per Toll Booth and $3.50 to handle it...

The yearly LEOSA Qualification has malfunction requirements and Pass/Fail scores. I look forward to it every year. Some red face's from Old Retirees and Young Cop's both.

My 12 Year Old Black Labrador was my Hunting, Hiking and even Fishing Companion. She died with no warning from a Stroke. Devastated was too mild a term. I moped around did a little shooting and Fishing but no Hiking my heart wasn't in it. Fast forward to my Birthday. My Wife takes me out to a...

A couple of old LEO Friends were over and we were talking about our current carry guns. One guy said "I'm still carrying mine." He had a .38 S&W Chief Special, That started it off. I voted for my CZ82 9X18 MM. 12 twelve shots, and as accurate as the day I bought it. How about you?

This differs from State to State, but if legal do you? It's been legal here in Wisconsin forever, but fairly rare. I do open carry when Hiking, Fishing, or just kicking around in my own woods but do not in the towns or cities. I have seen people doing it to make a statement about support for...

Or some radically improved cartridge that's a must for self defense that you never hear of again.

I must be doing something wrong, I only own one of those guns.

I used to carry a second gun when I was working. I had and still have CZ 82. A 12 round gem firing the 9X18 MM ammunition. Think a slightly hotter .380. I tried it in ankle holster. That didn't work, it felt like a brick when I was walking. It worked alright in a shoulder holster, but it wasn't...
