I start with a .22. Both revolver and semi-auto. With good quality muffs there’s less noise to flinch at and no real recoil. I start with a Ruger MK II and a Taurus revolver and depending on hand size I have them use one my 9 MM and a ,38 revolver. By the time we’re done with these it’s a...

Second gun I bought when Uncle Sam no longer required my services was a Colt Series 70. I still have it. (First was Colt AR 15 SP-1.

Shop around. I impulse bought and paid more than I should have like always. The Holosun Optic was a Christmas present from my Son. It’s a great combination. I’ll say the CZ P-10C for $400.00 and change will be the gun I would suggest to anyone looking for an under $500.00 self defense gun...

Oh, I agree with this. Plenty of great, not good firearms for less than $1,000. But it's more of a guide line than a rule, right?

My Wife doesn't care. Bills are always paid and I save like She does. I don't skimp on dining out and gifts. Son and Daughter get the guns to do with what they want.

There is no local range so I buy what has worked for me in the past and go on Forums like this for opinions. I've only been burnt once in the last twenty years on a Taurus TH45. Before you go "Oh my God, a Taurus!" I bought a PT 92 and 99 in the late 80's and they are still shooting fine...

No. We made a pact. Both Kids through College on us. No student loans. Pay off the house and land. Then, Her Retirement is HER’s, my Retirement is mine. Bills are split equally. What do 95% of Couples fight about? MONEY! We don’t. Very simple. How many guys do you know that “Have to...

Sorry about the triple! And no, she hasn’t divorced me. She’s one in a million, never questions what I spend money on. I came home with a sixteen foot Alumacraft with a 35 hp motor once and she said: Is there room in the garage? No kidding.

Here’s the KUNA

Here:

An MAC IX and a KUNA. Damn my impulse buys.

No that's a M-3 "Grease Gun" look at the ejection port. I bought one from a Seabee for $5.00 just to have it. Mine was so worn out it was probably around 200 RPM rather than the 450 it was supposed to be. I couldn't hit anything reliably at 100 meters but it was a cool carry when the village...

Oh come on now! A little help. I'm running low on Rocket Propelled Grenades and I'm wondering if you know a source?:D

The "Prey" Series by John Sandford

I was at Yellowstone years ago and was watching Bison from behind a fence. Signs were everywhere: DO NOT APPROACH WILDLIFE! A group of Japanese Tourist's were there cameras clicking away when one of the group crossed the fence so they could get a picture of him petting a Male Bison. A moment...

Got out of the Army, got out of Illinois.

Shopping at the grocery store yesterday. Plain Hershey Chocolate bar, regular size. $3.00.

I received a Glock 21 as a Christmas Present from Wife and Son. Gee, a Polymer .45? Great gun. Friend said now you need a G17 9 MM. Bought it, sold it. I didn't like anything about it. I'm a CZ guy anyway so what do I need a plastic 9 for? Then CZ came out with the P10F in .45 and the...

500 rounds of 124 Grain 9 MM Mag Tec for the MAC and Kuna. I got loaders for both magazines, by hand is just too painful after 20 rounds or so.
