P365. Could I hit a target at 10 yards? Yep. Conceal well? For sure. Put several thousand rounds through it over a few years, and point of aim just never felt natural. If I need ultra conceal, and natural point of aim….it’s my PPS M2. All day….blindfolded.

Nice carries. Cool to see the individual choices. The XDM Elite compact 10 is a staple, along with the pliers and light. The Emerson has some brothers that rotate in and out.

The challenge is the slide length. The 9mm is shorter than the 10mm. That is why it doesn’t fit my 10mm. The thumb break can’t snap on the 10mm. It’d be yours if you had a 9mm. 👊🏼

XDm Elite compact 10mm. Have a 1911 10mm and a G20 gen 1. Wanted a 10mm that carried smaller, but still shot big. Ran 200 rounds through it today. (180g 1050fps FMJ, 200g 1250fps hard cast, 140g 1500fps EP) Ate it all with accuracy. Fits the bill perfectly.

Not sure why it took this many decades to jump into a 1911, but here I am. It’s a brilliant, quirky design. First ever round down range (10yd, standing) was as bullseye as a bullseye can be. Only 2 of my other handguns did that. Looking forward to getting to know this one.
