    Looking for some info on Hirtenberger 7.62×51 AP leftover from the cold war. Acquired some not to long ago. Haven't shot any yet and most ranges won't let me try any on flat iron. Any good?

    Have a M1-A. Acquired some Hirtenberger armor piercing rnds made in Austria left over from the cold war. Haven't had a chance to shoot any just yet. Anyone out there have any knowledge or used any of this particular ammunition?
