I like to keep some SpeerGold Dots in 9mm and 45 for both of my Colt Defender 3” and my XD 9 3”. Never had any hiccups w/the Hornady critical duty in my 9mm. Love it.

I have been looking at this one for some time. I like the weight and it’s 9mm. Since you own it, what do you think?

I carry two (2) in rotation, XD-9 mm subcompact and Colt 1911 45/3” barrel.

Winning is always better (or cheaper) when it’s something that you really want.

This is part of the fun w/target shooting. Experimenting with different brands and loads. Never know what some brands offer until you try them.

I really like the Speer Gold Dot in 45 acp.

There’re out there, some shops hold them to get a premium from folks that don’t want to wait and willing to pay extra.

Seems you and I own two of the same pcs, ie XD and Colt Defender.

For the last few months I’ve used Hornady and some HST. Tried some Sig ammo and liked it just as much as the Hornady. Very good prices as well.

Love the flat trigger, only wish they made one for the XD9 subcompact.
