I personally carry IWB the majority of the time using Black Arch, MTR, Tucker Gunleather, or Crossbreed. All make IWB holsters for the Hellcat that are padded or leather against the body and don't pinch. The Muddy River is an excellent choice for OWB My Shield Plus and Hellcat in Muddy River.
