From what I have read/heard, the M6/M8A1 scabbard is the best match, (i have the bayonet lug from Springfield), but was curious if the M5A1 from Korea for the M1 was also compatible? My grandfather served during Korea so it got me thinking it might be a nice touch for my M1A standard...
