failure to lock back

My Springfield XD Mod.2 subcompact has been my EDC for at least a couple of years (if not longer). Range trips were great because I never experienced any failures to load, fire, or eject. It was a solid 100% platform - which is why it made a great EDC. I really don't know how many rounds I have...
