I was in the Marine Corps stationed at Fort Knox, and in 1983 I got the opportunity to fire the MK 19, and it was INCREDIBLE! Shooting if from the hip while it was mounted on the back of a Jeep was the coolest...being able to see the rounds go down range, it was very easy to hit targets.
