Interesting article comparing the 224 Valkyrie with the 6mm ARC. I have one AR15 chambered in the 224 Valkyrie which I like, but not yet one with the 6mm ARC.

Both are in the mid to low 50k pressure range and soft shooters. BC and velocity are the only contributing factors. 6mm should have the better range and can use higher weight bullets for less drift.

I've been mulling around between the 224v and the 22n for using specific bullets. Nosler having the higher pressure gives more velocity with the same bullet. The val having the shorter case lost out when using 75gr fmj bullets. With 22n having known extraction issues due to rebated rim keeps me from buying it. My solution was the 243win and 90gr fmj. Right now I'm stuck using 5.56 and speer 75tmj. I just wanted something heavier. Another solution could be a 22arc, 22spc or the 22x39 (not the ak74 round). Having the additional 10k in pressure makes a world of difference!
