I was glad to see night sights make the list. I may keep 3-dot or blacked out combat sights on a range toy, but I insist that my carry gun have night sights. I was a little surprised to see grips on the list because the majority of guns aimed at the CCW market already have very good grip texture. I'm all for changing grips if you want, but I wouldn't necessarily consider it a "must-have" upgrade.

They are all good choices that most of us already employ-
As far as grips go I don't understand how some have the very shiny type grips on their 1911's-I couldn't hold onto one of those.

Most of my CCW guns now have night sights, with these old eyes 3 dot just doesn’t do it for me anymore
