I have two of them the H&R and the Ruger Wrangler in burnt bronze. Almost bought the TX22 but went with the Ruger Mark IV Hunter. Love the Wrangler haven't shot the Hunter yet. Good article on some fun guns.

I never outgrew the fun of plinking with .22 LR handguns. The only one on this list that I personally own is the TX22. As several other recent posts indicate, it is an excellent gun and I have been astounded that anything made by Taurus could be so reliable with so many different types of ammo. My boys and their cousins have put about 2,000 mostly trouble-free rounds through our Ruger SR-22, and I was surprised to see that it didn't make the list. I may one day pick up a Kel-Tec P17 our of curiosity, but I have never actually seen one in stock at any of the stores in the area. I've never felt the urge to pick up one of the Heritage revolvers, but the Ruger Wrangler definitely has my attention.
