As someone who worked their way through law school as a LEO, I think this is one of the best articles I have ever read on the subject of defensive shootings. This type of article usually reads like an ad for a strip-mall law office, and just tells people not to say anything without a lawyer present. This particular article offers practical advice and does a good job of accurately describing the initial response and beginning steps of an investigation. Thanks to the OP for sharing.
