Anyone do hardcore physical fitness training?

I guess most folks on here train with their guns (hopefully) and probably lots of other weapons and self defense training... is anyone into working out or any other type of hardcore physical fitness training? If so what do you do?
Yes I would call it hard core because of my age. I work out 5 days a week and no less than 3 days a week. I get up Between 4:30 am to 5 am. I don't do heavy weights like I use to, repetition is what is required now. I start with 3 to 4 sets of 35 sit ups next is 10lb dumbbells each hand for incline bench press of 4 sets of 35. Then it's move on to incline Butterflies 4 sets of 35. Next is curls with 10lb 4 sets of 30. Next is incline pushups using kitchen counter which is 4 sets of 30. Then to finish the morning using 10lb dumbbells 5 sets of 30 cross overs. I worked out at Golds Gym for several years until I blew out my right elbow and lost over 30 percent of strength ability. Then because I over compensated with my left arm and blew it out with about the same results. My heart attacks and other damages I had to figure out adjustments. My wife started having health issues and I decided I needed to be able to pick her up and get her to the hospital and there were times I could not wait for a ambulance. So I started doing old routines with less weight but higher reps. Back in the 90s I could bench press 225, my max was 250. Injuries and hands of time has taken a toll on me. I am strong enough to pick my wife up and carry here to the car along with her concentrator. I keep my weight between 170 to 180, my wife weighs in around 120 to 125 concentrator runs a little over 10lb. The biggest problem is I suffer from SCA. I do most of the house work all of the shopping and keep the book and last but not least I am head cook and house boy. A lot of the pills they say I am supposed to take are out of reach because of cost and we pay for our own insurance. We understand the road ahead is a hell of a lot shorter then the one behind but we are still in game. Keep up the workouts it will help,as one gets older repations are the key. Wishing you the best and stay with it.👍

Been a gym junkie most of my life up until about 10 years ago (I am 68). Snow skiing, baseball and heavy weight lifting took its toll though and after a hip, knee and shoulder replacements I am pretty much limited to walking (20 - 30 miles a week) and light dumbbell weights in my garage. Motion is lotion they say. And yes, I still lift a few 12oz-er’s as well.
