If they're shooting these Chicom & hobby balloons over water & wilderness areas why not use orders-of-magnitude 20mm rounds vs. ~$400,000 missiles?

they gotta test them, to make sure they work, when some day, we will need them in North Korea.......or maybe even China.

as i'd hate to see a "recall notice" like other types of ammo............in the past
