All these judges over ruling each other is BS. Bunch of lawyers stroking each other. The SCOTUS needs to do a detailed ruling on the 2A so all these liberal states and judges can no longer just pass unconstitutional laws at will and have them stand until yet another SCOTUS ruling takes place.

Well, that explains everything. Ditto on Bassbob's statement concerning the SCOTUS needing to do a 2A judgement to atop these judges. From the way I understand it, legislating new laws from the bench is not their (non-SCOTUS judges) job.

As I stated in my Forest Fire thread..... this running all over and the back and forth needs to stop.

Protect our shall not be infringed rights and be done with it. Only way is for the Feds to step in.
