Been useing the Lee target master zero error loaders for .22-250, .243, 30-06, 45-70 for years but the inside neck reamers are getting a lil dull after all these years. Case trimmers look to be ok. Have a forester with the gold frame and a RCBS case trimmer, it's the older model with the T handle on 1 side and crank handle on other. have the collets and pilots but no Inside neck reamer 4 either. Just seein what ya'll here use.

Using a reamer for what purpose? If for wall thickness why not just do outside neck as that's where you'll need to remove material for match chambers. Not sure what I might be missing

The idea of neck reaming is that it’s more consistent than turning.
A neck can have more brass on one side of the neck than the other, so the “theory” is that neck turning can produce different neck thickness one one side than the other.

I've never took the time or ever bought any equipment to do so. My sizer and expander do well enough for me.

We’ve come a long way in the quality of brass, and generally rifles as well. No real need anymore for tight-necked chambering.
I’d rather drive roofing nails into my knee caps than go back to turning necks.

Very true. I get single digit es & sd numbers along with near 1 hole groups at 100y. Shoot moa out to near 1k. My skills, age related, have deteriorated as of late. Eyes are failing. Even with top tier glass, I just can't see good enough anymore. Sigh....
With the lee loader after you seat the empty case all the way in the body and sizing die it only neck sizes the case. After you insert the neck reamer in the sizing die you turn the crank until it bottoms out on the stop collar.What i like about it is thats its simple,no collets, no pilots no wobble like in the rotary case trimmers. As you all know keeping bullet tension close keeps pressure close helps keep groups close. Anyway thanks for all your input

Its old stuff just like me. I have it in .22-250,.243. 30-06. only other things u need is powder scale, old style boom scale again like me, and a trickler. Ive never used the powder scoup that comes with it.
