If you want to squeeze more than 30 rounds in your guns you might be stuck looking at quad stack mags or drums, but which is better?

If I was going to get one it would be the Magpul drum. I have been training with the mag couplers though and I like them.

I prefer the 50 round drum mag. The X-14 is a hair longer than the 25 round M14 CMI mag on it's right, and the X-15 50 round drum in the Daewoo is super compact. Both are easy to load, and function perfectly.

I’ve got some of the Surefire coffins, both 60 and 100rd. I’ve had good luck with them, mostly.

I run both in 5.56 and 50 rd Pmag drum in .308.
That .308 drum is one heavy SOB !!!
