Great article. Has all the essentials tied up into one.
I like guns but I’m not a gunsmith. I found a local guy with 30+ yrs gunsmithing to build my rifle .556 and pistol blackout .300 aac.
Just like the article said.. I could... if I desired put my .556 16” barrel upper on my blackout lower with the brace but I couldn’t put my 8” blackout upper on my .556 lower.
So that’s why I have one of each. And would have more if I had a money tree in backyard.

Is the ar pistol considerably louder than a standard 16” AR rifle ?

Yes it is louder. It has a flash hider on it. Will be putting a linear comp on it though.
