How do I get a call back from S-A? I have a Saint Edge rifle and the charging handle broke. I don't want an aftermarket one - just want to get an OEM one. Left several messages and never hear back.

Yes i emailed. It's been over 2 weeks now. I will have to wait on the line next try.

Nothing other than personal preference. I prefer the gun to be all oem.

Nope. The oem has squared off top and beveled sides.

the OEM on the left here is indeed different.

Definitely call if you haven’t yet. My sear went wonky on my 1911 and when I called Monday, a rep named Drew picked up in less than 30 seconds and within 3 mins I had an email from him/FedEx with a prepaid 2nd Day Air label to ship the gun back to them.
